Lie To Me - Poem by Melanie Weeks
Tell me that you'r doing just fine
Baby, Show me that you're moving on.
Don't tell me you're moping around.
I hurt when you say your hurt.
Just lie to me and say you're alright.
Don't guilt me into loving you again.
It was a mistake.
Lie to me and tell me
You want me no more.
This torture you give to me,
The way you say you still love me,
But your with her.
You talk about her constantly.
Lie to me and say that
Shes the only one you love now.
Lie to me and tell me that you are happy.
Lie to me and tell me that it's gonna be alright.
Lie to me and tell me I'll find someone like you.
I don't want to find someone like you.
You lied to me all the time.
So lie to me once more.
Tell me you don't miss me
And that you want me to leave.
Let me go and
Lie to me once more.
