You showed me love
and i learned its agony
i thought to set you free
but your love is like a dart
and I could not tear thee
from my heart
blocking you from my mind and thoughts
it is a fight of futility
you have become a huge part of me
blocking you is like
holding my breath
my focus is shot
no one can get any sense out of me
my body retaliates
and the head starts to ache
and in that haze of pain
i hear you say
don't fight me
don't send me away
i need to stay
be with you
we have merged
you need to feel
splitting us now this way
is hurting us both
i am begging you
stop this love's agony
and accept it graciously
