Life Poem by Tinus Erasmus

Life

Life is a true mystery
Full of pain and misery
Days are cruel and dark
Nights are free and light
Time flies but alwais lieves a mark
Seasons come and seasons go with a magical sight

We learn about the meaning of life
But what we learn is but always a strive
Dreams we alwais do make
Wishing it will someday come true
Pain we alwais do take
Making us feel all so blue

With faith we grow
Learning things we did not know
Seeing things we could never see
Meeting a new stranger
Someone made to be
Ending love sensing the danger

Growing with time, we get older
But not having a lover
Our life turns cold
Taking all there pain
We take but a knife
Falling into the rain
We do wrong
By ending our lonely life.
