Life Poem by Sekyewa Godfrey

Life

What is life?
A whirlpool of perplexing experiences.
A riddle unsolved; known to none.
It is a road so slippery to tread.
A soaring ladderless tower to climb.
A carcass of healthy awestruck skeletons.
What is life?
A tomb of miserable skunks.
Life is a song too short to mime.
A crossroad of unending anarchy.
A confusion of tongues at the Tower of Babel.
A journey to the wilderness.
A bramble clutching to the hem of our long gowns.
Life is a big ridiculous joke.
