Life - Poem by Micah Buck
Time doesn't stop for life; no matter how hard you want it to.
Sometimes things are totally unexpected; sometimes they're right on cue.
If everything happened as it should your first love would be your last;
Nobody would judge you or remind you of your past.
People would care if they hurt you or not.
Families wouldn't split, and wars wouldn't have to be fought.
Accidents wouldn't happen; abuse wouldn't exist.
People wouldn't die so there'd be no one to miss.
But people aren't perfect, and not everything happens like it should.
If i knew I could change the world, believe me i would.
