Awaiting my heart to stop
Switching stations
Awaiting a day
For a door to open once more

Missed that day
I wished for time to stop

Some more

It’s just been so long
Standing on this dance floor
Awaiting for my heart to pump
But it ain’t gonna happen
‘cause it stopped long ago
when I bestowed a love
in the deep blue ocean
