You win, you lose,
you open, you close,
sometimes you are sure and sometimes say perhaps,
life is nothing but just three steps,

everyday you walk thousand miles,
but stands still in that way,
you meet hundreds,
but found no heart to stay,
faces, those faces,
happy, worn, strained faces,
I wonder and stroll where as my dreams smashes,
I remained weaving my fairly land,
where as truth was very cruel to stand,
sometimes you get hits, sometimes claps,
life is nothing but just three steps,

you give your heart and soul to someone,
but they remain unknown,
you can't predict the next second,
one moment you are king, in other you are no one,
relations changes with minute of hand,
you want to hold but nothing stands,
one day you are above other day down,
one say 'you are genius', other tag you Clown,
sometime applause sometimes slaps,
life is nothing but just three steps...
