Life's Journey Poem by Tess Rockenstire

Life's Journey

You walk a long journey
Nowhere to find the path
That leads to your life’s fulfillment.
Mountain is high
Obscure scenery on your lens’ eyes
It dazzles your mind
It bugles your head
Rampant civilization
Have walked same journey
Did it confuse them too?
Life has its twist and turn
Direction is vague
Nowhere to find your destiny.
Life has many obstacles.
Just when you feel you are closer
To your destination,
You find your self on a crossroad.
Neither two is in clear view,
The color is hue.
Whatever path you take
There’s a menace following you.
It’s either your past demons,
Or fear glued to your imagination,
But grab the depths of your soul
Where truth resides
And take it to your entire journey.
