Life's Wintry Light Poem by Marcetta Hospelhorn

Life's Wintry Light

Life's wintry light -
Flows shadowy on the face,
Peering faintly through windows,
Dimmed by spiderweb-like lace. Light-minded with frivolous behavior:
Reflecting dimly on past attitudes;
Moored in dangerous, uncharted waters,
While traversing distant magnitudes. Illuminated darkly, the constant stare -
Characterizes the graceful ease of motion,
Fogged, untroubled, existing without a care,
Interstellarly winterbourne: becoming unaware.
