Life's Mysterious, Like A Book Poem by Mohammad Younus

Life's Mysterious, Like A Book

Life's mysterious, like a book
Whose first and last pages are torn.
No beginning known, no ending shown,
Only the middle chapters remain—
The heart of what's most important.

Once a secret is revealed,
Another raises its head.
The third becomes the fourth,
And so on, an endless chain of mysteries.
And that's where life falls—
Into the vast unknown.

A never-ending thread of wonder,
Life's a book without its edges,
And each mystery, once unfolded,
Begets a question newly born.

A leap into a new life of wonder,
For the mystery is—you cannot guess
What next will come.
Time, too, is a mystery,
So go out and find that hidden truth,
Or the beginning of a brand-new world!
World after world is born—
That's life's eternal mystery.
