Life’s Truth Is Mine

Rating: 5.0

Most of the world’s being deceived
Perhaps someone like you
Rejecting the fact I’ve received
That Jesus Christ is true

By yet others, fooled, deluded
You thought Jesus a lie
In danger being excluded
From Heaven when you die

Their movies you’ve seen, books you’ve read
Wisdom’s slowly depleted
Till deaf and blind, till walking dead
You’ve joined the lost, defeated

I know my friend, for I was one
My heart and soul was broken
I too rejected Christ, God’s Son
Until my name was spoken

As clear as a mountain stream
As church bells Sunday morn
Far beyond my wildest dream
Today, I stand reborn

When first I heard Salvation’s Voice
God’s only Son divine
Jesus has been my lifelong choice
And truth, is truly mine

To one and all, no lie I speak
Deceit, has long since died
My Father’s will alone I seek
Till truth is magnified

Hear these words to you my friend
These facts of Christ The Lord
Accept The Truth, before life’s end
All else, you can’t afford.....

I know my friend for I was one. Own life's truth is mine only. I can feel and know. Wonderful poem shared really.
