Light Your Candle Poem by Reynaldo Casison

Light Your Candle

Rating: 5.0

Summer winds,
Caressing your hair,
As you gaze to the moon,

Light your candle,
In its Midnight dress,
Bask in the warmth of its glow,
Light your candle,
In your midnight dress,
And kiss the blues away,

Souls lonely as stars,
In the vastness of sky,
Lovely as evening hymns,

Light your candle,
In its midnight dress,
Bask in the glow,
Of its warmth,
And kiss the blues away,

Souls lonely as stars,
In the vastness of sky,
Lovely as evening hymns
