Like a Bull in a china shop he crashed through
testosterone raging frightening you.
Why can't he just woo and gently wine and dine
building the relationship, taking his time?

No, he had to rush, doing it his way
threatening your friendship, spoiling the day.
Alas, something lovely that might have been
did not come to pass and will never be seen.

God, of loving relationships You took time.
to win the love of this poor heart of mine.
