Like A Vulture Poem by Md. Ziaul Haque

Like A Vulture

He is behaving like a vulture,
Devoid of kindness,
Appears like Loki,
An epitome of mischief and nastiness.

Patience is a virtue I know,
Yet undue patience is like foolishness,
It is like letting injustice control us more,
To Tagore it is as also a sin to tolerate unfairness.

Though fierce he and his followers are as vultures,
Pity must not be shown to anyone who tortures.
