Why would the middle-class trust that man
When lies and manipulation and control is his ultimate plan,
Where is your anger and all your rage
When all he wants to do is to raise the retirement age.
Many of course will believe all of his campaign promises
But, of course I am one of the many doubting Thomas's,
Not one of the many promises has he ever kept
Under his signed sold Bible they were all swept.
He makes his promises with smiles and cheers
In the end he blames other for their sorrows and tears,
It was never him, but always someone else's fault
Even when he told others to riot and to assault.
He doesn't care for the poor or the needy or the middle-class
He believes that they all should kiss his as s,
Every promise that he has ever made and gave and spoke
Is every promise that he gave, he uncaringly broke.
The few promises though that he did keep
Cause many us to weep,
He broke the promise about infrastructure and 6% growth
He also broke the promise he made to that January 6th mob he gave an oath.
As the insurrectionists marched on the Capitol in Washington D.C
They marched without him and his lies in infamy,
Two promises that he made and one was to the Christian right
The freedom to choose was now not a GOD given right.
The other promise he made was to corporate America
To cut taxes for corporations and the wealthy for money they love,
He wants the wealthy to get another large tax break
As they did in his terms as president for goodness sake.
He blames the country's financial problems or the poor and the needy
And never on the tax evaders or the wealthy and the greedy,
His tax cuts had billionaires paying less than what the working class pay
And sadly many of his supporters give him a hip hip hooray.
He is by far the worst president the United States ever had
Sadly of that truth, MAGA, and the slow the gullible are not mad
Rather than making the rich billionaires pay their fair share
The retiring middle-class soon won't have a prayer.
