I feel sad like them
I feel lost like him
I feel just like her
But why don't you listen?
It makes me feel left out
Makes me want to shout
It breaks my heart
It seems like you never wanted me
It makes me feel sick
So tell me
What am I to you
Why are they more special?
Why do you smile at them
When you frown at me?
Why do you talk so sweetly to them
When you scream and shout at me?
I'm your child too
Don't let me feel left out
Don't let me drown
Don't let me cry
Help me stand up
Help me smile
Make my life worth while
Listen to my words
Listen to my cries
My screams
My heart is ripping at the seams
I can't take much more
My heart is torn
My soul is sore
I need a break
Before i loose myself
I need you to listen to me
I am your child too
