Listen Poem by John Nanashi Trowa Barton

Listen

Rating: 1.0

When I met you I said do not speak to Me
But you said oh please listen i beg of Thee

And once the spell of your voice was Cast
I could never feel for another so Vast

I told you in the beginning how it all would End
Either mine or both our hearts unable to Mend

But you said listen and I Did
Now you suffer more than a Bid
And you do not believe my Tongue
Why i do not know but it Stung

We spend spring in Pain
I loneliness and You refrain

This would not have Become
Had you heeded my simple Tongue

I told you it would be So
In disbelieve you said No

You told me to Listen
And my ears did Glisten

But when i told you and you did not Listen
What did it brings us?
