It was a Midsummer’s Day dream.
I fell asleep in your arms
& you fell asleep holding me.
Awakening only when the rain
changing its name to
monsoon
Staged a full scale production of
THE TEMPEST.
We were drenched to the skin
just getting our things in.
“F**k me! ”
I gasped.
“Don’t mind if I do! ”
you said pinning me to the grass
not stopping
for nothing
until the storm passed.
