Little Dancer Poem by Alex Kult

Little Dancer

A little girl twirls
Under the starlight
Her frilly dress spinning
Through the dust mites

A little girl dances
Swinging her teddy
Her little white stockings
Growing dirty steadily

A little girl sings
Humming to no music
Following a tune
Her mind is using

A little girl sleeps
Dreaming of faraway lands
With princes and princesses
Offering her dances
