Little Snowflake Poem by Glenda Gambill

Little Snowflake

Little Snowflake, you are a sight to see,
You make my heart skip with joy and glee.
I like to watch you swirl and twirl and go round round,
Until you come to rest gently up on the ground.
Little Snowflake, I'm glad you came to visit us today.
Because of you, my friends and I got to go outside and play.
We rode a sled down a snow-covered hill,
And you could hear much laughter which was loud and shrill.
Please come to visit us again soon Little Snowflake,
Until then, into my memory, visions of your beauty I'll take,
As I watch you swirl and twirl and go round and round,
Until you come to rest gently upon the ground.
