I can do this, I know I can
You cant says the little voice its not a good plan
I want to talk to him, i really do
The little voice says itll end tragically im warning you
But what if this time it will be different
The little voice says you know im usually right so its irrelevant
We had to say goodbye and I really want to know
The little voice says times change and that was so long ago
I wont get hurt this time I wont fall
The little voice says we both know for him you'll brake down that wall
Hes a gentlemen and I like him so
The little voice says but if he truly knew you hed surely go
I dont want it to be what might have been if I listen to you
The little voice says trust me what im saying is true
Ill prove you wrong youll see
The little voice says when he hurts you, maybe next time you'll listen to me
