We’re just livin’ on easy street
Can’t complain about a thing
Got the best life possible
It truly is anyone’s dream

A beautiful place in which to live
Necessities right at the door
Extra enjoyments for us as well
Makes a person feel so secure

Wonderful people to visit with
Neighbors so special and nice
If I need a little gentle help
I don’t have to ask it twice

It’s just like a big happy family
Folks there for you if you’re in need
Always a beautiful friendly smile
Uplifting folks, yes indeed

We have a swimming pool as well
So we keep our body toned up
On Sunday food for our souls as well
A place in which to worship

Yes, if you’d like the perfect life
Every day have great folks to greet
Then you should be at Spanish Cove
Cause you’d be living on easy street!
