Living In Illusion Can Be Poem by Nichole Kaci McKnight

Living In Illusion Can Be

There is a state of mind everyone knows named illusion.
Everyone in that state of mind lives in constant delusion.
Bewilderment prospers like a cancerous ooze.
All people living in illusion are often confused.
Living with too much fantasy life can be very confusing.
The stings and arrows in one’s life are never amusing,
Loneliness and despair are in the air for some of mankind.
Just remember that love and happiness are always intertwined.
A writer can always be heard through the well written word.
For some of mankind living in phantasy is generally preferred.

Definition of intertwined: adjective: twined or twisted together.
Definitions of phantasy: noun: imagination unrestricted by reality, or fiction with a large amount of fantasy in it, or something many people believe that is false
