Living In The Moment Poem by Reshad Scott

Living In The Moment

You can only hear the sound of your thoughts,
Narrating each and every moment and heartbeat,
The expansion of my lungs when I inhale and
The clasping of my diaphragm when I exhale,
I can feel the vibrations in my fingertips
The connections of the air to my outer pores,
You would remember nothing as if
You've never lived a day in your life before,
But looking at what you have in front of you
You can only see glimpses of what
Time you actually spent living alive,
Living in the moment is a specialty
As for once, you began to think about reality,
Forget about the future and live in the moment
And stop fighting and being your own opponent
So you can start Living In The Moment
