Once the Gods looked down on Earth
and found her drenched in monotony
The vile Loki smirked in smirk and
called all neighbours through telepany
Queried He 'Must I not grace the Earth
Save her from going round in mundanity? '
Exiled from his pantheon, He tried to scooch in,
Loki proached the Romans in civility
Asked Lady Juno to ply him a birth
Wherein He could live his snarky mirth
Where loamy soils give out fruits rich sweet
Abundance greets balmy climes in a meet
Wherein cornucopia smiles in boughs of corsages
Sagely Earth basks in love through ages
Loki broached to Juno with winks umpteenth
Asked Her to book him the date thirteenth
Wanting to wreak havoc through an angelic face
Cool off swelters with a thunderous faze
He drizzled his charm over Juno's feigned sighs
Until She gave in and pointed him Mumbai
He blandished Shashthi, plied himself in her rune
God of mischief took birth on the thirteenth of June
