Longing Soul
My soul longs for one,
With who I can relate,
One who understands,
One who does not criticize.
Why is it so hard to find,
Someone who knows my heart,
Who hears my call.
Someone who I can trust,
Who can trust me,
With who I can confide and,
Be confided in.
I can see her in my minds eye.
I can see her with my heart.
So why can't I,
See her standing before me.
Why?
