How it looks so beautiful in your hand

Look at those floating clouds
How you promised me you'd catch them
Look at how a lizard could get so loud
How you squinted at me under the lamp

Look at those lightbulbs
How I was pleased everytime you smiled
Look at those intricate fruit pulps
How you managed to lie to me all this while
