Look! Poem by Maor Lain

Look!

The window on a horse
No saddle was needed
As bare to skin so close.

The door on the car
Found your keys
Under Santa’s Beard
It’s not been so good a season,
Though not his decision.

The chimney on a jet
The fastest of the three
I hope it’s in its way
To Italy, not Othello’s Cypress,
Let’s face it food and entertainment.

The bank you had
Well it now returned to you mundane,
Just a shattered piggy.
Do not haste to worry
We’ve paid our respects,
Though lack address of the parents.

Don’t know how you’ll
Get this letter either
Because I sort of left
With your mailbox as my misses.
Hope you forgive us both
That we came so close
But she looks too good
To just stand there.

I wish you well
Staring at the wall,
That’s the only one to stay
What a party pooper
But it’s okay
Someone’s got to keep you,
Since you divorced your spices.
Wish you Happy Enboxment!

Sincerely,
Your seasoned Tree, T.
