Losing Is Not A Bad Thing Poem by Hebert Logerie

Sometimes losing is not a bad thing
Because something better is coming
Who knows what tomorrow is bringing?
The ball is rolling, nobody knows where
It is going to stop; over here or over there
Losing a job is not the end of time
It was not meant; it is not a crime
Life goes one, the universe is huge
Better times are ahead. Don't judge
A booklet by its cover, a mine of wealth
May be inside of it. People, in great health
Die too. When the bell rings, it is the hour
To go, the time to move on, to feel the power
Losing can be served as an exemplary lesson
So next time, you can become the mighty champion
Keep the ball rolling, keep on trying, and keep on jumping
The clock is ticking, the chance to hit the three point shot
Is now.Use defeat as a catalyzer to use your heavy bat
To win the final game. Never give up. Keep on trying.
