how do you find yourself lost like before?

i have pushed further, further from this
strict disaster
falling out they say is falling in
like alice i had the key
i locked the door and shook it off
but tell me why it all came back?
so many mistakes i can't seem to take the truth
but swallow the lies they kept planted in my head
this thing i thought i had forgotten
rapes my image of you
rumors whisper to keep you close to me
and yet my heart with it's non-existent throb
create tears filled with sorrow to help drown your memory
i won't let my head rule the way
i know what to say and yet they never run from my mouth
we all learn through consequence
i feel living is just an image
if my heart told me i could never love you
i would have listened
all would have been forgiven
and i wouldn't have been burning to your lies
you told me like the wind was the fire.
it's unheard so
now how do you find yourself lost like before?
