She got lost in his eyes
And couldn’t find her way home
The light of his smile will guide her
With the touch of his fingertips
Her heart fell
Suddenly she was in too deep
Completely taken over
Lost in love with him
She was in the perfect position
For a heartbreak, that is
Only she trusted him
Trusted him with her heart
Her future
Her life
Trusted that he’d stay true
With a turn of her head
And a kiss on the lips
They ran into the night
