Lost Individuality Poem by Laila Gabanes

I don’t know how to stop the hurt and ease the pain..
Wasn’t able to build defense for myself to keep sane
At moment of fight the distressed takes flight.
A roaring fist of anger that goes inside my heart

The feeling of all the disbelief and grief
With these malicious thoughts and evil deeds.
There is too much hate I do not want to feel
because of your actions and for all of what you did

I can only wonder and hope that you will feel & see
How much I lost my self and my own dignity
Because of your selfish ways & crab mentality
I’m now in Deep sorrow even lost my individuality
