Lost Its Way The Lark Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Lost Its Way The Lark

Lost!
Lost its way the lark
Still in dusk flying
By the black bats surrounded
To home it looks before the night
To feed its small ones sighing
Till the heavens pitying
A kind Bird to the lark they sent
That brought it to its land.
