Lost Love Poem by Samantha White

Lost Love

I remember when we used to sit in the moonlight;

we used to talk about our hopes and dreams.

You had led me to believe everything was all right,

But now it is with tears my eyes gleam.

Torn apart from the inside out,

you've left me feeling completely confused.

Now I feel like a fish in a drought,

and my heart is forever bruised.
