Lost Soul - Poem by sharona jesudasan

Lost soul,
Where are you going?
You walk on a path
A path to nowhere.
Your head is aimed low
With your hopes even lower.
You can't look up
In fear of what might be there.
So you just hold back
And look down.
Down down down
Where your crushed dreams lay.
So again I ask,
Lost soul,
Where are you going?

these thoughts bring out into open, true love, true pain, great sadness all at the same time..... So to quote an old song where are you going? Who's side will you be on.? ..only true love will be the seeds of love grown (Report) Reply

I like this poem very much. It's honest. A sad tale that many can relate to. Hold your head up and keep writing. Well done. (Report) Reply
