Love changes everything they say,
It heals... Takes you out of your desperate self.
When I promise you that day, wearing white dress,
That I will always love you.
I meant every word in that moment.

Now the years are growing older
And I look at you and I don't see you.
I see but an old friend, a past lover, but I don't see you.
I see what I want to become- places I need to go.
but, I don't see you there.

Love changes things oh! Yes it does,
Look at us now; I have grown into myself, become myself.
And in my alones, Where you used to be.
I don't see you anymore.
