Missing You - Poem by anthazia kadir
What do you do, when the nights are cold?
What do you do, when the thunder comes crashing down?
Do you hold your pillow at night, and wish I was there?
Baby I miss you with every rain dropp that falls.
Can't wait till tomorrow, to see your face,
to feel your body- next to mine.
The rain drops keep pattering on my window pane,
and the chill of the husky winds mean nothing.
I close my eyes, and let my thoughts go,
until I know that you're there.
I love you so much, I'll never let you go.
I give my body and soul, all of me.
So when the nights get cold, there is nothing I fear.
Because I somehow know, you'll always be there.
