Love Drug Poem by Rob Roselund

Love Drug

This love that I felt, was it new? how'd I know? that when she walked into my life, I felt my heart grow. Majestic I marvel in your manifest of love, as I grow fond in her absence, of what once felt like a drug. Endorphins fueled fires that burn in my mind, as I watch from a distance though they say love is blind. Seconds to hours turn to days and then years, as long as I have you, I have no more fears. For a love that we share, many bonds that won't break, I thank life that I met you, I thank life for this fate.
