Love Hang Out With Me Poem by Phillip Nine Mafunga

Love Hang Out With Me

Found you under the bypass
Singing soulfully all alone
All dark around you, yet unfazed
Your melody but the light in the music

Hanging out with me
Our hearts melting together
Hands clasped as we float in love
Darkness receeds as we gleefuly dance it away

History you still remember
How I'd pack you on my back
Teaching you this love dance
The exams must be written though

Hanging out with me
Our hearts melting together
Hands clasped as we float in love
Darkness receeds as we gleefuly dance it away

Let those who talk, talk
They've plenty of time to flop
Even in this darkness
Love shall always rain down

Hanging out with me
Our hearts melting together
Hands clasped as we float in love
Darkness receeds as we gleefuly dance it away

Borrow no sorrow
As we dance on the crest of the tempest
Dancing our hearts mellow
I need no eyes to see you, love's all I need

Hanging out with me
Our hearts melting together
Hands clasped as we float in love
Darkness receeds as we gleefuly dance it away

As we exit the dark bypass
Our youthfull feet touching the asphalt
Clear is the road to our morrow
And victory is the more

Hanging out with me
Our hearts melting together
Hands clasped as we float in love
Darkness receeds as we gleefuly dance it away
