Love Hurts Poem by Poemahontas Poemadonna

Love Hurts

I love my little girls
It hurts to see them sad
My diamonds and my pearls
The best I ever had

I love my sweet Hubby
It hurts when we're apart
We're still best of buddies
As we were, from the start

I love my Mom and Dad
It hurts to see them mad
I sure make Mommy glad
They never make me sad

I love all of my friends
We've been through thick and thin
Our bond will never end
We're sisters, more than friends

I love my role in life
It hurts to make it right
Sometimes I roll the dice
My back has felt a knife

I love the ones I hurt
But hurt the ones I love
Now I'm feeling like dirt
Crying to God above

Thanks for sharing. Remember, love can be like a knife, it can bleed you, but it also can feed you. You must decide how to use it to nourish you and your family. It is then you find, that the bounty it provides is far greater, than using it against yourself, and hurting all. We have all made mistakes, that part of our journey. One has bled for us all, there is no need to hurt one self after learning the One who has bled, is the One who can heal.
