Love, is a beautiful dream
where two disappear from the world
in moments they share
and these moments are the most precious
where hearts are laid bare
and are unafraid

Love is serenity
and harmony
and hope and grace
love is a gentle caress
upon your face
and a kiss

Love is a pathway
to your heart and soul
velvety smooth
and never grows old
love is kindness

Love is two friends
who support and share
who take joy in one another
and are happy to be a pair
and who smile

Love is a touch of your hand
the scent of your hair
the tenderness of your touch
the softness of your skin
the care in your eyes

Love is the thought of waking up next to you
with no plan for the day
just to be near you
and to waste it away
together

Love is your touch
that takes away all fears
and melts away the years
and makes us wish
we have more ahead

Love is selfless
and unassuming
unwavering
forgiving
Affectionate

Love is hopeful
it is a candle that never goes out
no matter how hopeless
or far away
love endures all pain and suffering

Love is the only thing
to bring you back
when you've lost your way
and you have no home
