Love is not Blind
Though some fail to see
Love is not deaf
Though many fail to hear
The heart that wrestles
Sees love divine
And is oft crucified

Love is not blind
Yet often looks away
Love is not mute
Silence a betrayal of the voiceless
Love is one within
Yet incomplete, without two
Love is love given, and love received

Love is not blind
Neither is it a stranger
To pain
To sorrow
To longing
To regret
Love remains…
