Love Is War Poem by charlie edward brakebill

Love Is War

Rating: 5.0

Love is war
Enemy is what’s inside
Ur heart longing a certain melody
A want or just an extremity

Guilt the silent soldier
At dusk he shows his face
Guilt is mistaken
Low and behold
The beauty of grace
Love will find u
As a melody has one
Place, one verse,
One tune
And when a door closes
The window brings the wind into
The room into the lungs threw
The heart a song is played
And once again love has bloomed

Dream the dream of love while it lasts
For when the time comes the opposing
Dreamer is unmasked
And in the end love always stays
Like a mystery in a maze
love can be lost
Months years and even days
For the breath you once took
is in many instances
a grenade half cooked
the future lays a masked and
unforgiving one
the silent creed is often lost
like a dying breed
but in a valiant end the breath is
again found in a picture
with one meaning written in
melting frost
meaning is everything such like this poem
many will try few will know like
the meaning of an angle made in the snow
as love departs it carries on in others
like legacy spreading
rapidly like a fire in
our family tree
once again a silent creed
a turn about if u may
but love is everywhere so don’t delay
the night is coming and tomorrows light bring
another day in the morning noon bells ring
so make like birds
and fly make your own song
melody if you may
so someday the unmasking of the
beholder of your dream
will harmonize with you and
together you will sing.
