Love seems so far away,
When you’re surrounded by love,
But it don’t surround you.
Love seems so far away,
When you’re watchin’ a movie along,
When you call your friends up,
No one seems to be home.

You think down to me
As I think up to you,
But I know you long for it too.
I wish we could try,
Just me and you.

Take my hand,
We’ll jump together,
Into love, a land forever.

‘Cause I’m tired of being lonely,
With Friday nights all in a dizzy,
Needing help cause I’m feelin' too tipsy.

I want to soar from promise of your love.
I want to feel as though I can fly,
To reach up and bottle the sky.
I wanna be with your forever.
