Love: Part 5 Of 14 Poem by Natasha Andeyi

Love: Part 5 Of 14

It's hard enough to have insecurities,
Even harder to live with them.
How so for foreign eyes that didn't grow up to witness them,
Or for a foreign touch when they are scars?

The human in you can't help but hate on their existence,
Mostly because there's little to nothing you can do to alter their dimension.

But for a Love that sees beyond the faults in our mortality,
That goes past the superficial and into the depths of our spirituality,
The kind that turns the screams of our insecurities into some sweet melody,
So sweet that it allows our mind to embrace the entirety of this particular incarnation.
