Love's Footprints Poem by Dr. Madan Gandhi

Love's Footprints

Don’t enchain me, don’t encumber me
I’m bliss, I’m light, born free
my truth is my laughter
in every virgin bloom

Demons and angels rejoice and exult
at my light-bearing daily chores
in and out of the heaven’s door
with Love’s footprints on the floor

I am in the company of the blessed ones
drinking deep the refulgent cup of benediction
no delusion and darkness can touch me
my pilgrim spirit is beyond all boundaries.
