War is a human invention
all seeds of strife and war
man himself has sown
death’s harvest to reap

Now the time is to invest
in building bridges of peace
not to forge weapons of war
but to spread the smile of peace

War unleashes the flood of human blood
peace releases the forces of greatest good
war begins in the mind and ends in ground
peace begins in heart and sows love around

War is a deadly poison brewn in hate
peace is an elixir that can transform your fate
war is man’s greatest stupidity
peace is man’s highest felicity.
