The Heavens look so awesome where I stand,
My thoughts, they stagger, such expanse to fly,
Such splendor, you see from your side of land
Despite clouds, which view they always deny;
I raised my outstretched hand to feel the breeze,
Which gently passing, may soon reach your place,
Now skimming the waves of the foaming seas,
And may soon frolic on your lovely face;
But will it find you, as I did before,
Where, from all mankind I have to select
The very one special, whom to adore,
And not for any reason would neglect;
......Apart, torn under Heaven's awesome dome,
......Yet no cause for hearts to feel not home.
