I'll gladly share Dreamland with you always,
Not to reserve one bit for other use,
But make its days smolder and nights ablaze,
And keep each one of us as love's recluse;
We'll shut the storm from blowing through each Spring,
Advise the Snow to leave each Winter time,
And warn the Moonsoon, not a rain to bring;
Now Sun! refrain from having such steep climb;
But balmy Breeze do come, caress the leaves
That dewy Dawn kept moistened by its drops,
Or else, shake off the withered that still cleaves,
Before you sway the trees and rock their tops;
.... Yes thus, we have control, and what it takes,
.... Take care to leave before the truth awakes.
