Love is like a beautiful flower
Colour is there while the sun shines
At night it continues to flourish
As long as it's watered.

Give love the attention it deserves
Neglecting at the moments of in-attention
It slowly dies as tears water the ground
To bring it around, wipe away those tears.

Gently, gather this flower in your hands
It slowly understands
Why your love can't always be attentive
When your mind tries to stay retentive.
